Come visit us in this remote part of Portugal to really focus on what’s important. We are situated in the midst of a nature reserve and provide a truly magical setting for remote teams to reconnect and make new plans. And to celebrate and enjoy nature.
We believe in the combination of nature, work and play to create strong and productive groups. To enable this experience, we tried to create the perfect place. For retreats, offsites, workations and company events in the South of Portugal. For teams and organizations from all over the world.
Our dream village offers different proposals to stay, all carefully "planted" in the middle of nature, with all the comfort of a home or a hotel room - Domes, safari tents, eco houses and suites, country houses.
Also you’ll be surrounded by a lot of water: three swimming pools; a heated dome pool, a biological pool and an infinity pool, four lagoons.
To celebrate and dine, we have a wonderful sunset lounge with drinks and a dining hall. Plus two halls with full technical capabilities for big meetings and the privacy of smaller secluded breakout rooms for all your needs.

ARRIVING
Recognising the secluded nature of our location we are committed to ensuring a smooth and convenient experience for all groups traveling to the retreat. To facilitate this, we can provide comprehensive logistical support that begins the moment you plan your visit.
Transportation can be arranged from nearby airports. Options include comfortable private shuttles that cater to individual schedules and group sizes. Upon arrival, our team ensures a warm welcome and a swift check-in process so that guests can immediately begin to unwind and enjoy the location. Or jump right into focus-mode together.
WORKING
At your disposal is a variety of versatile workshop spaces, each equipped with full technical capabilities.
All of them are open spaces with lots of light, air and view of nature & countryside. There is nothing that remotely resembles a normal conference room, we want to provide an environment for new thoughts.
Our spaces are suitable for up to 100 people and they function as multi-use setups for workshops, meetings, or as relaxed co-working areas.
All spaces ensure flexibility and connectivity, catering to all the needs that come along with strategy sessions, design sprints, leadership development, Coaching & Training Sessions, OKR development and similar topics that teams work on during their retreats.
